These Terms and Conditions cover the sale of LBL HAWAII LLC products contained on this website. Please read these carefully before using the website. By placing an order with La Belle Liberté you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as set out below. Delivery of Order

We will endeavour to dispatch all items within 2 working days of the “acknowledgement of order” email. We will make you aware of any circumstances that may cause a delay.

Your order will be delivered to you by one of our selected logistics partners. The standard delivery charge to a US address is $10 per order, unless otherwise stated.

Payment Methods

You may pay by Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

You will need to be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non delivery of your order.

Basis of Sale

When you click on “Checkout” you are offering to buy the goods at the prices indicated including any delivery charges that apply to your purchase. All orders will be subject to these conditions.

If your order is accepted, you will be notified of this by email soon after your payment details have been submitted and approved.
